These are a few of my favorite things...Radiohead at sunset...arizona thunderstorms...rocky mountain peaks...a new car smell...standing on top of the world...painted sunsets...sitting on the beach for hours starring at the waves...king crab legs...couple games of bowling...talking too loud at a bar with your friends after a few too many drinks...friends bustin each-other's balls...women who are spunky...neon lights on strip clubs and dive bars...old guinness signs at a pub...over the top romance...dads acting like while playing with them...tight pants (on women ONLY)...spontaneous road trips...camping in a tent...adoration in someone's eyes...good zinfandel...all of hunter thompson's books...getting lost in a foreign country...sushi anytime for no other reason than it's sushi...quick witticisms...slow witticisms...carmen san diego...san diego chargers (have season tickets for 2)...shopping for hot outfits (usually for her, but what the hell)...gas station coffee...american spirits...drunken irish mystique...dark romanticism...romanticism...and above all else, someone that accepts all this. Aside from my stream of conscious Finnegan's Wake-esque babbling, I'm a good and decent guy, well employed, make a good living, and trying to rejoin the world of dating after 10 years of being married/together with my ex, and two failed attempts since my divorce in the previous March. Being completely candid, that divorce really did on number on me mentally – I've battled depression of years and really went into a deep funk shortly after she dropped the bomb on me she was running away with another guy. Whole ordeal involved my moving to St. Louis with her (damn lawyers), and me left here with a job I hated (since quit and moved on), a house I couldn't afford, and a whole left right in the center of my chest. That being said, I still get into small bouts of a funk, but really work on being up as I've seen what it looks like being really far down and it sucks! Thus, I try and take solace in the things mentioned above.

My Ideal Person As for what I’m looking for a woman; she would be energetic, likes to get out, enjoys a fair portion of the things I do, blah blah blah. That description seems to fit 99% of the people on here as the personals on here seem to contain the happiest, most upbeat, and most healthy people in the world. Really, I’m just looking for a woman that has gone through a rough time herself so we can provide company and support for each other as life is tough enough not to have someone for support. Additionally, I’d like to find a woman that enjoys intimacy and sexuality (I’m not talking about one night stands) as I can’t think of a single thing that is more attractive than a woman who is confident in herself.
